At 10:00 a.m. July 29, 2022, Hubei Wisdom (Lhasa) Law Firm welcomed their guests afar. More than ten leaders from Hubei Provincial Department of Justice, Bar Association, Bureau of Justice and Bar Association of Wuhan visited Hubei Wisdom (Lhasa) Law Firm and guided the work. The lawyers gifted the white hada to the leaders and expressed their warmest welcome.

In the conference room of Lhasa Branch, the leaders first listened to the report of Li Dan, the executive director of the branch, on the work of the law firm.

Lawyer Li Dan said that opportunities and challenges always coexist. Although the branch has made great progress, it still faces many practical challenges. The first is the urgent need for talent training. The development of law firms cannot do without talent. Training bilingual lawyers is an important way to attract local legal resources and contacts. Secondly, there is an urgent need to improve the brand awareness of the law firm.

几位派驻律师讲述了怀着援藏情怀扎根西藏的心路历程，并对几年来的工作状况作了详细汇报。领导们非常关心大家从平原地区到雪域高原，生活是否适应，工作是否适应。律师们纷纷表示，刚入藏时的确身心都不适应，但随着时间的推移，切身感受到西藏地区匮乏的法律服务资源与人民旺盛的法律需求之间的矛盾，又坚定了克服困难、为藏区人民提供优质法律服务的决心。

After listening to the work report, the leaders praised and affirmed the contributions made by the branch to the legal cause of Tibet in recent years.
