Based on a team of lawyers composed of professors, doctors and interdisciplinary talents with a background in finance and taxation law, finance and taxation legal affairs department was established. The team members are not only expert lawyers who teach in colleges and universities, but also lawyers who have the qualifications of certified public accountants and certified tax accountants.

The department is one of the earliest and few professional departments in Hubei Province to engage in tax-related and wealth planning legal services. It can provide professional, diversified and deep-operational integrated system solution services for customers’ investment and financing, merger and acquisition, BVI registration, foreign controlled companies, import and export business, anti-dumping, bankruptcy and reorganization, shareholders and equity, operation and management, tax rate determination, taxable calculation, tax declaration, tax disputes between tax companies, tax collection and management, tax enforcement measures, tax inspection, tax civil litigation, tax administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation, tax criminal cases and other tax-related behaviors, as well as wealth planning and inheritance in order to minimize the actual tax burden of customers, maximize the benefits, and safeguard the legitimate tax interests of taxpayers.  

Finance and taxation legal affairs department provides tax planning, tax legal affairs, wealth management and planning inheritance legal services for customers in various industries such as finance, construction real estate, new energy, intelligent manufacturing, communications, transportation, power petrochemical, logistics and commerce.
