On the basis of the talent pool of foreign-related lawyers in this study, Wisdom have set up Foreign Affairs and Admiralty and Maritime Affairs Department, which possesses a group of professional lawyers with overseas study experience, multi-country foreign language ability, foreign and cross-border work experience, and large-scale foreign-related cases. The department has formed a comprehensive foreign-related lawyer team with high-quality, multi-lingual and multi-disciplinary talents, among which many lawyers have been selected into the “shuangbai talents” foreign-related legal talent pool of young lawyers in Wuhan.

The department has provided or is providing multinational corporations, import and export trading companies, shipping companies, insurance companies and other Chinese and foreign industry organizations with cross-jurisdictional and comprehensive legal services, such as cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions, anti-dumping, international trade, overseas capital markets, maritime and maritime commerce, foreign-related intellectual property protection, foreign-related litigation and international arbitration.

Through the accurate judgment of domestic and foreign laws and regulations, and the understanding of local culture and regulatory requirements, transaction risks will be avoided to the maximum extent for customers and commercially valuable legal service solutions will be provided.
